Free trial
The 3-day trial is free. If you cancel before it ends, you are not charged.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds on renewals
If a renewal was charged and SnipeBid didn’t work for you, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it. Tell us the email linked to your license and, if you can, what went wrong; it helps us fix it for everyone.
When we can’t refund
- Licenses terminated for breaking our terms, such as sharing or reselling a key.
- Requests made more than 7 days after the charge, unless the law requires otherwise.
- Losses or account restrictions caused by EA, including coins or items. See our disclaimer.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
