Phone remote

SnipeBid runs in the EA Web App on your PC. The phone remote shows what it is doing and lets you start or stop it from anywhere: open snipebid.app/account on your phone. Your phone never talks to EA. It talks to SnipeBid’s server, and the extension on your PC picks up your commands a few seconds later. The remote needs an active license.

Link your phone

1. On your PC, open SnipeBid in the EA Web App, then Settings (⚙) → Phone remote → Link a phone.
2. Scan the QR code with your phone’s camera. My SnipeBid opens and the phone is linked, no password needed.
3. No camera handy? Open snipebid.app/account on the phone and type the 8-character code shown next to the QR code.

The code works once and expires after 5 minutes. Up to 5 phones (or tablets) can be linked to one license. Already signed in to My SnipeBid with your license key? Press Use this device as remote in the Remote tab instead.

What the phone shows

• PC online / offline. The extension reports every 10 seconds while the web app is open. If it hasn’t reported for 40 seconds, the phone shows PC offline for 5 min and the last known status.
• Status: running, paused, cooldown or stopped, with a live countdown during a pause and the reason of the last stop.
• Today: coins, profit, cards bought, listed and sold, and searches against your daily limit.
• Gallery run: the set, progress and coins spent while Collect & Flip is running.
• Recent activity: the last 10 lines of the panel’s Log.

The page refreshes every 5 seconds while it is open. Pull down or tap ↻ to refresh right away. The Trades, Invite and Account tabs show the same numbers as My SnipeBid on your computer.

Start, Stop, Skip pause

Every command appears in the panel’s Log (Phone: Start) and its result comes back to the phone. A command waits up to 2 minutes for the PC; if the web app is closed, it expires.

Notifications

In the Remote tab, tap ⚙ and switch on Notifications on this phone. Choose which events notify you:

• Sales, with the profit. Several sales close together arrive as one notification, for example 3 sold · +2.1K.
• Pauses: a cooldown or safety pause started, with its length.
• Bot stopped, with the reason.
• Gallery sets: a set completed or the run finished.
• Daily search limit reached.

At most 30 notifications per hour reach one phone. Press Send a test to check. On iPhone, notifications need iOS 16.4 or later and only work in the app added to the home screen, not in a Safari tab.

Security and privacy

• No password. Linking uses a one-time code that expires after 5 minutes. The phone gets its own random token, stored only on the phone; the server keeps only a fingerprint (hash) of it.
• Limited access. A linked phone can see your bot’s status and your trades, send the four commands above and change its own name and notifications. It never sees your license key. Cancelling, adding a referral code or changing your leaderboard name still needs the key.
• Unlink anytime: in SnipeBid Settings → Phone remote (any phone), or on the phone itself (Remote → ⚙ → Unlink this phone). If your license ends or is revoked, linked phones stop working.
• The status the extension reports contains numbers and Log lines, never your EA password or your license key. The page at snipebid.app/account has no analytics or ad trackers.

If something doesn’t work

• Waiting for your PC or PC offline: open the EA Web App with SnipeBid on your PC and make sure the license is active. Status arrives within 10 seconds.
• That code is not valid or has expired: make a new code in Settings → Phone remote.
• This phone was unlinked: someone unlinked it in Settings. Link it again.
• Up to 5 phones per license: unlink one you no longer use first.
