These terms apply to your use of SnipeBid, the SnipeBid Chrome extension, this website and related services (together, “SnipeBid”, “we”, “us”). By starting a trial, buying a license or using SnipeBid, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use SnipeBid.
1. What SnipeBid is
SnipeBid is a browser extension that adds trading, pricing, pack sorting, SBC and reward tools to the EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team Web App, running inside your own logged-in browser session. SnipeBid is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. EA SPORTS FC and Ultimate Team are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc.
2. Your license
- A license is personal and covers one EA account. Extra EA accounts can be added to a license as paid add-ons.
- You may not share, resell, sublicense, rent or publish your license key, or use one license on more EA accounts than you paid for.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or resell SnipeBid or its code, except where the law expressly allows it.
3. Trial, billing and cancellation
- New EA accounts get a 3-day free trial. One trial per EA account.
- After the trial, the subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may include taxes depending on where you live.
- You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, whose terms also apply to the payment.
4. Use at your own risk regarding EA
Automating actions on the Ultimate Team transfer market is against the terms of service of Electronic Arts. EA may restrict your transfer market, remove coins or items, or suspend or ban accounts. You are solely responsible for how you use SnipeBid and for any action EA takes on your account. We recommend using a secondary account, conservative pacing and short sessions. We do not guarantee that your account will not be restricted, and we do not guarantee any profit or result.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SnipeBid to break the law, to attack, overload or interfere with our servers or anyone else’s, to try to bypass license checks or usage limits, or to harm other users. You agree not to submit false data to our price reporting.
6. Service provided “as is”
SnipeBid depends on a third-party web app that can change at any time without notice. Features may stop working temporarily or permanently. We work to fix problems quickly, but SnipeBid is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Prices shown by SnipeBid are estimates, not guarantees.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost coins, items, profits or data, or for actions taken by EA on your account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a license, without refund, if it is shared, resold, used on unpaid EA accounts, used to abuse our services, or otherwise used in breach of these terms. You can stop using SnipeBid and cancel at any time.
9. Changes
We may update SnipeBid and these terms. If we make material changes to the terms, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the extension, by email or in our Discord community. Continuing to use SnipeBid after changes means you accept them.
