Add SnipeBid from the Chrome Web Store and pin it to Chrome’s toolbar; store installs update automatically. Then open the Ultimate Team Web App, log in, open Transfers once and paste your key into the SnipeBid panel. Can’t use the store? There is a manual zip install on the download page.

Until you log in, the panel stays minimized as a small round SnipeBid button so it never covers EA’s login screen. Log in, then open Transfers (or any screen that loads data): that is when SnipeBid picks up your session and the status turns to connected · ready. Still stuck? Reload the web app tab and log in again. Clicking the SnipeBid icon in Chrome’s toolbar also shows or hides the panel.

Yes. SnipeBid works inside the web app in your own Chrome, so the web app tab must stay open and your computer must stay awake while it runs. It is not a cloud bot: close the tab or let the PC sleep and it simply stops. Your settings and counters are saved, so you pick up where you left off.

Our Discord community is the fastest for quick questions. For license and billing, email [email protected] or use the contact form from the email linked to your license; we usually reply within one to two days. For bugs, include your SnipeBid version and the relevant lines from the Log tab.

Your license is linked to your EA account, not to a computer or browser. Install SnipeBid on the new PC, log in to the web app with the same EA account and activate the same key: it just works, and your settings, targets and filters load from your account. No need to unlink anything first. (Discord phone alert webhooks are the one thing you paste again.)

Stop the bot, open Settings → License and press Unlink next to the old EA account. Then log in to the web app with the new EA account and activate the same key. You can switch 3 times per 30 days; if you hit that limit, contact us and we’ll move it for you. Note: Remove key only forgets the key in this browser, it doesn’t free the seat.

One license covers one EA account. For each extra EA account, add an extra account for $7.49 per month, bought with the same email as your license; it’s added to your license automatically. Then activate the same key on the other EA account. Settings → License shows how many accounts are used.

The key goes to the email you used at checkout, from [email protected], with the subject “Your SnipeBid license key”. Check Spam, Junk and Promotions (the thanks page has one-click links for Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo) and mark it as Not spam. Still nothing after 10 minutes? Email [email protected] or use the contact form with the email you paid with, and we’ll re-send it.

You get 3 days with every feature for $0. If you don’t cancel, the first charge for the plan you picked ($14.99 monthly, $39.99 quarterly or $129 yearly) happens when the trial ends, and then every 30, 90 or 365 days. About a day before, we email you a reminder with the charge date and a cancel link. One free trial per EA account.

Open My account, enter your license key and click Cancel subscription, then Yes, cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for (or the end of the trial, with no charge). You can also just reply to the trial reminder email and we’ll cancel for you.

Yes, if a renewal was charged and SnipeBid didn’t work for you: email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge, from the email linked to your license. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, and the license stops working right away. The trial itself is free, so cancel before it ends if it isn’t for you.

Yes. You can pay with USDT (TRC20 and other networks), BTC, ETH, LTC and many more coins through NOWPayments’ hosted checkout. Crypto plans are prepaid: SnipeBid Pro costs $14.99 for 1 month, $39.99 for 3 months or $129 for 12 months, and extra EA accounts are $19.99 for 3 months or $64 for 12 months. There is no auto-renew and no free trial with crypto (the free trial is on the card checkout). Your license key arrives by email once the blockchain confirms the payment. Crypto plans never charge you automatically. We email you 5 days and 1 day before your plan ends with a one-click renew link, and the extension shows a banner too. Renewing extends from your current end date, so you don’t lose any days by renewing early. Extra EA accounts can be renewed prepaid the same way.

Yes. Your friend gets a 7-day free trial instead of the usual 3 days, and you get 7 days free when they subscribe: your next payment moves a week later. Your personal invite link is in My SnipeBid, in your welcome email and in the extension under Settings → License. Your friend opens the link and starts the free trial. Your reward comes once their trial turns into a paid subscription; just starting the trial doesn’t count yet. It works for up to 12 friends a year. Got a link from a friend but checked out without it? Add their code in My SnipeBid within 14 days of getting your license. If your trial still has at least 12 hours left, that also stretches it to 7 days. If the longer trial can’t be applied at the payment provider, you simply get the normal 3-day trial.

Yes. FC and FUT creators earn 30% of every payment their viewers make, renewals included, paid monthly by Explodely, plus a free license. Apply on the creator program page. Not a creator? Your account page has an invite link: your friend gets a 7-day free trial, and you get 7 days free when they subscribe.

Honest answer: yes, it can happen. Automating the transfer market is against EA’s terms of service, and EA can restrict the market or ban accounts. SnipeBid reduces the risk with human-like pacing, hourly and daily search limits, breaks, cooldowns and automatic safety pauses, but no tool can remove it. Use a secondary account, keep the pace on Safe or Normal and don’t run it for hours on end.

No. SnipeBid never asks for, sees or stores your EA password. It runs inside your own logged-in web app session in your browser. You log in to EA yourself, exactly as you always do.

Safety pause: EA sent several unexpected errors, so SnipeBid waits 10 minutes, then carries on at the Safe pace. Stopped until tomorrow: EA blocked the market 3 times in 2 hours, so SnipeBid stops for the rest of your day to protect the account. Hourly/daily limit and cooling down resume by themselves. This is SnipeBid being careful: if it happens often, lower the pace and search limits.

A green dot is the market price, a blue pulsing dot a live price from SnipeBid users, and a grey — means the card has no price (untradeable or not listed). Badges first show the last known price saved in your browser, then refresh in the background (a price counts as fresh for 5 minutes). No badges at all? Check that your license is active and Prices on cards is on. All prices off? Check Platform prices (PS / XB or PC) in Settings → Market.

No. EA’s Web App has no Gallery screen, so SnipeBid can’t see your official set grades (D to S) or your Gallery tokens: check those in the game. What SnipeBid shows is its own count of the cards in each set, and it can differ a little from EA’s exact set definitions (untradeable, SBC and objective cards).

Because Collect & Flip sells every card again once the Gallery has registered it. The buy cost is what you pay up front; the real cost is what’s left after the resale: roughly EA’s 5% tax plus the gap between what you paid and what the card sells for. Cards that haven’t sold yet show under Still selling in the run stats.

Yes. The Gallery keeps a card once it has been in your club, so selling it later doesn’t take the progress away. That’s why SnipeBid moves each card it buys into your club first and only relists it after your wait time. Loans never count.

Chrome Web Store installs update by themselves; when it says the extension was updated, just press Reload page. The Update available banner only appears on a manual (zip) install: press Download, replace the old folder, then Reload SnipeBid, or switch to the Chrome Web Store to get automatic updates. Your license and settings stay.

In your own Discord server, open Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks, create a webhook and copy its URL. Paste it in SnipeBid’s Settings → Phone alerts (Discord), press Save, then Send test. Turn on notifications for that channel in the Discord app on your phone.

Open SnipeBid in the EA Web App on your PC → Settings → Phone remote → Link a phone, and scan the QR code with your phone’s camera. My SnipeBid opens with your bot’s live status, Start/Stop and your trades; add it to your home screen for a full-screen app. The extension keeps running on the PC.

In My SnipeBid on your phone, open Remote → ⚙ and switch on Notifications on this phone, then press Send a test. On iPhone, notifications only work after Share → Add to Home Screen and opening SnipeBid from the home screen (iOS 16.4 or later). If you blocked notifications for snipebid.app, allow them again in the browser settings.
