Prices on cards

Turn price badges on or off with Prices on cards in Settings → Market (on by default). They need an active license.

Reading a badge

Hover a badge to open its price history card. Grey badges show a short tooltip instead.

In list rows (club, transfer list, Unassigned) the badge sits under the player’s name. On standalone cards (packs, squads, detail view) it sits inside the bottom edge of the card.

Rest the mouse on a price badge for a moment and a small card opens next to it:

• SnipeBid price in full coins, and the cheapest right now.
• A price chart for the last 24h or 7d. Switch with the buttons at the top; SnipeBid remembers your choice.
• The low, high and change over that range (▲ green up, ▼ red down).
• For a live price: a line saying it comes from SnipeBid users, how many accounts, and the market price for comparison.

You can move the mouse onto the card itself, for example to switch the range. It closes when you move away, scroll or click elsewhere. Charts follow your Platform prices setting and are kept for 5 minutes.

For cards SnipeBid hasn’t tracked for long, the chart covers only part of the range and the card says Price history builds up over the next hours (or days, for 7d). Chart unavailable right now means the chart couldn’t load; it is tried again after about 30 seconds.

Live prices

While SnipeBid users trade, their extensions report prices they see on EA anyway: sales, auctions that end, and the cheapest Buy Now in auction scans. No extra EA requests are made for this, and reports are anonymous. When enough recent reports from different accounts agree, the server offers a live price.

SnipeBid only uses a live price when Live bot prices is on (the default), the live price is less than 30 minutes old, and it is within 20% of the market price. Otherwise it uses the market price. The same rule applies to targets, filters, the pack sorter and the SBC solver, so what you see on a badge is what SnipeBid trades on. Target rows mark it as ● Live.

Turning Live bot prices off also stops your extension from reporting prices.

Caching

• Prices on screen are asked for in batches of up to 100 cards.
• A price is considered fresh for 5 minutes, then refreshed in the background.
• Prices are saved in your browser for up to 6 hours, so badges appear at once after a reload and are then refreshed.
• When the server is still fetching a card’s price, SnipeBid asks again a few seconds later.

PS / XB or PC prices

SnipeBid has two sets of prices: PS / XB for PlayStation and Xbox (the default), and PC. Pick yours with Platform prices in Settings → Market. Switching reloads every target’s price and clears the image cache. Badges, targets, filters, Scout, the pack sorter and the SBC solver all use the platform you pick.
