Trial and price

Start the free trial. Your license key is emailed to the address you use at checkout, with the subject Your SnipeBid license key.

Activating your key

1. Log in to the web app and open Transfers once, so SnipeBid can see which EA account you use.
2. Paste your key (SB-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) into the panel and press Activate.
3. The key is now linked to the EA account signed in to that web app. The panel unlocks.

The license is linked to your EA account, not to a browser or computer. Activate the same key on another PC or browser with the same EA account and it simply works there too, with your settings loaded from your account.

Behind the scenes the extension gets a session token that lasts up to 24 hours. It renews itself automatically and is rechecked every 30 minutes while the bot runs. If the SnipeBid server can’t be reached, SnipeBid keeps working on the token it has until it runs out.

Trial rules

• One free trial per EA account, across all licenses. A trial key on an EA account that already had a trial shows This EA account already had a free trial. Subscribe to keep using SnipeBid.
• When the trial ends, the panel shows Your free trial has ended. If you keep the subscription, the same key keeps working; you don’t need a new one.
• Cancel before the trial ends and you aren’t charged.

Seats and extra EA accounts

A license includes 1 EA account. Each extra EA account add-on adds one more seat, so seats = 1 + extra accounts.

• Buy an extra account with the same email as your license. It is added to your license automatically and you get a confirmation email. Then activate the same key in the web app of the other EA account.
• Bought it with a different email? It is parked until a license with that email exists. Reply to the confirmation email (or write to [email protected]) with your license email and we’ll move it.
• Cancelling or refunding an add-on removes that seat again.

Settings → License shows N of M accounts used. Trying to activate on one account too many shows This license is already used on 1 EA account. Release one or add an extra account.

Moving a seat to another EA account

1. Stop the bot. In Settings → License, press Unlink next to the EA account and confirm.
2. Log in to the web app with the other EA account and activate the same key.

You can switch EA accounts 3 times per 30 days. After that: You can switch EA accounts 3 times per 30 days. Contact support if you need more.

If you press Start while signed in to a different EA account than the one SnipeBid remembers, it tries to activate your key on that account by itself. That works when you have a free seat.

Cancelling and refunds

• Cancel anytime. Your license keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for; the panel then shows Cancelled · works until the date. After that it shows Your subscription has ended. Subscribe again and the same key works.
• Refunds: if a renewal went through and SnipeBid didn’t work for you, ask within 7 days. See the refund policy. A refunded license stops working right away.

To cancel:

1. Open My account and enter your license key.
2. In the Subscription box, click Cancel subscription. To drop only extra EA accounts, click Cancel extra EA accounts instead; your main subscription isn’t affected.
3. Confirm with Yes, cancel. The box then shows Cancelled and the date your access ends, and you get a confirmation email.

Cancel during the free trial and it keeps working until the trial ends; you are not charged. Changed your mind? Use Resubscribe in the same box.

Trial reminder: about a day before your trial turns into a paid subscription, we email you a reminder (subject Your SnipeBid trial ends tomorrow) with the date of the first charge and a link to cancel. You can also just reply to that email and we’ll cancel for you.

Your account page

On snipebid.app/account, paste your license key to see:

• Your license status, the date it is valid until, and how many EA accounts are linked out of your seats.
• Your subscription, with Cancel subscription (see above).
• Your invite link (see Invite friends).
• Your trading: profit, flips, charts, best flips, top players and a searchable list of trades.
• Your leaderboard settings.

The extension sends your trades there about once a minute: every buy (snipe, auction win, market auto-buy, SBC buy), every sale cleared from your transfer list, auctions won and lost, and your coin balance.

Invite friends: 7 days free for both of you

Invite a friend: they get a 7-day free trial, and you get 7 days free (your next payment moves a week later) when they subscribe. Up to 12 friends a year.

Your account page has an Invite friends box with your personal invite link (snipebid.app/?ref=YOURCODE). Press Copy and share it. The link contains only a short invite code, never your license key.

1. Your friend opens your link and starts a 7-day free trial instead of the usual 3 days.
2. When their trial turns into a paid subscription (their first payment goes through), you get 7 days free: your next payment moves a week later. Without a subscription (a free license), the 7 days are added to your license instead.

• You can earn the reward for up to 12 friends per year. After that your friends still get their 7-day trial; you don’t get the extra week.
• If the longer trial can’t be applied at the payment provider, your friend simply gets the normal 3-day trial.
• The box shows how many friends joined, how many were rewarded and how many days you earned.
• No reward for inviting yourself (the same license or email).

Got a code from a friend but didn’t use their link? Enter it under Got a code from a friend? on your account page and press Add code. This works within 14 days of getting your license. If your trial still has at least 12 hours left, adding the code stretches it to 7 days in total. Your friend gets their 7 days free when you subscribe (right away if you’ve already paid).

Leaderboard nickname

Every new license gets a random nickname (like Sniper-4821), never your EA name, and is shown on the public leaderboard by default. The extension tells you once, right after you activate it, with a button to turn it off. Switch it off anytime with Settings → License → Show me on the leaderboard in the extension, or on your account page, where you can also rename yourself (3–20 characters: letters, digits, _ and -). Once off, it stays off until you turn it back on. Only profit from cards SnipeBid bought counts; packs and rewards don’t.
